Our policy on returns
We make all the shirts especially for you. As they are customised just for you, we cannot accept them for return unless they are faulty or your instructions have not been followed. We cannot re-sell your garment. credit card and debit card purchases will receive credit back to the credit card or debit card used against the original form of tender.
If the top is larger/smaller than expected
If we have sent you the wrong size garment, we will absolutely remake it for you in the right size when you return it. If we have sent you the garment you ordered though, we will not be able to accept it for return as we have made it just for you. We do provide sizing information on the site, which acts as a guide when choosing your size.
If the top is not the colour ordered
If we have accidentally sent you the wrong colour, you can absolutely return it and we will remake it for you. If we have sent you the colour you ordered, however, we cannot accept it for return as it has been made just for you. The colours on screen all have names which appear when you select them, and the colour is also written next to your shirt in your basket. Please do check these carefully, as colours can appear differently on different monitors.
If the garment is faulty
We pride ourselves on the quality of the garments we use, if for some reason you have been sent a faulty garment we apologise. Log in to your account and click on “Order History”. Select the order you would like to return and click the button marked “Request Return” to display a returns form. This returns form is available for 8 days following the dispatch of your order. Package the merchandise to prevent damage, enclosing this completed form. Send the merchandise using registered post or other secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. In cases where we do refund return postage, we will only refund the cost of standard Royal Mail registered post. If you choose to use any enhanced return option, such as Special Delivery, this will be at your expense. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. Returns are sent at your risk.

Men Tee
100% Cotton (Ash:99% Cotton, 1% Polyester -
Sports Grey:90% Cotton, 10% Polyester -
Dark Heather 50% Cotton, 50% Polyester)
All shirts are a preshrunk Jersey, with a seamless double needle collar, taped neck and shoulders. Both sleeves and waist hem are double stitched, with a quarter-turned body to eliminate centre crease, weighing in at 175/185g/m2
Women’s Stretch Tee
Made from 95% Cotton, 5% Elastane. Stretch 360% single jersey. With capped sleeves and a delicate self bound neck, it also has a longer fitted length and a gently curved hem, weighing in at 175g/m2.
Shirt Sizing
We have provided you with detailed sizing information, based on information we have from our manufacturer. Please note that sizing guidance given next to the shirts is on a TO FIT basis, so the shirt will be larger than the actual measurement given.
The women’s longer-length tops are VERY stretchy, and are designed to be very fitted (i.e. tight).
Their actual (unworn) measurements are significantly smaller than the same sizes in other tops.

Explanation of Measurements Provided
The guidance measurements given next to the shirts are supposed to represent what size person they fit. They are not the actual measurements of the garment itself, which naturally need to be larger than the person they are designed to fit.

Although it is rare that it would be necessary for 360DegreesTees.com to cancel an order, we reserve the right to deny any orders from a customer where the following situations arise:
Billing / Payment / Shipping Information
Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided, which may include, but is not limited to:
Incorrect Credit/Debit Card number, expiration date or card security value.
Incorrect Billing information (billing information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record).
Insufficient/Incorrect shipping address (street address, city, state, Country, zip or postal code).
Fraudulent information.
Merchandise Shipping Delay or Unavailability
Resale of Merchandise
360DegreesTees.com is a private label brand. To protect its intellectual property rights, suspected resale of our merchandise for personal or business profit is strictly prohibited. Any orders found to have characteristics of reselling will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel all subsequent orders from such customers.
Reshipping of Merchandise
360DegreesTees.com policies do not allow merchandise to be reshipped. Any orders shipping to ‘Freight Forwarding Companies’ may be cancelled. A complete listing of countries we ship to is available by clicking here.
Fraudulent Order History
360DegreesTees.com may cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history. 360DegreesTees.com may also refuse any orders connected with a previous credit card dispute.
Important Information Regarding your Credit Card:
360DegreesTees.com reserves the right to request additional evidence or proof of billing information.
The charge for your order will appear on your credit card statement as 360 Tees. If you contest the validity or amount of a charge related to an order with 360DegreesTees.com, please email our Customer Service Department at customerservices@360degreestees.com
360DegreesTees.com will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities related to the reversal of a valid charge for an order filled and delivered to the customer.
Should your order be cancelled, any ‘authorization holds’ will drop of your account within three to five business days.

We use Royal Mail, and send all our parcels first class as standard. Standard first class delivery to the UK is £3.40 (per shirt) all other global locations is £5.00 (per shirt). We try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. After dispatch, our standard delivery (Royal Mail First Class) typically arrives the next day in the UK, in 6 days to the EU and 10 days worldwide. It is important to note that delivery times are out of our control, as we do not deliver the goods ourselves. Royal Mail normally deliver all first class post within 1-2 working days, they can on occasion take longer. In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive, allow 14 days before calling us. We cannot authorise any remakes before this time has passed as Royal Mail have been known to deliver within this time.
